• QCan large dogs stay?
  ADANQOO accepts small dogs only, weighing up to 10 kg, with a maximum of two dogs per room.
• QWhat are the conditions for staying with my dog?
  AYour dog must be a small dog aged 6 months or older and weighing 10 kg or less, registered with the local authority, vaccinated against rabies and with a combination vaccine (5 or more strains) between 2 weeks and 1 year before the stay, treated against fleas and ticks, and not in heat or pregnant. Only dogs with basic training that do not bark excessively or jump on people can be accepted. For full details, see "Conditions for dogs" on the top page.
• QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
  ACheck-in is from 15:00 to 18:00; check-out is by 10:00.
• QIs there a charge for the dog runs?
  ABoth dog runs are free of charge and open at any time during your stay. They are floodlit, so you can use them after dark too.
• QWhere and what do the dogs eat?
  AIn your private dining room, together with you. We prepare a special meal for your dog.
• QHow do I pay?
  AWe do not handle cash. Please settle your bill at check-out with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners).
• QDo I need to reserve the grooming room?
  ANo reservation is needed; you are free to use it at any time until 22:30.
• QCan dogs enter the shared bath?
  ADogs are not admitted to the shared bath. It is open until 23:00 at night and from 6:00 in the morning. The hot-spring bath in your room can be shared with your dog.
• QIs there a shuttle from the station?
  AWe offer a shuttle to and from JR Iwai Station and Highway Oasis Furari (from 14:30, by prior reservation). Please book with the front desk by the day before. The return shuttle runs until check-out time.
• QWhat if my dog becomes unwell?
  APlease call Awa Chuo Animal Hospital (60 Yawata, Tateyama, Chiba; Tel. 0470-22-3321) for advice. It is about 30 minutes by car from DANQOO via the Tateyama Expressway.
